Summary

Political turmoil has toppled another French government. On Aug. 25, French President Francois Hollande asked Prime Minister Manuel Valls to dissolve the government and form a new one to be announced Aug. 26. The new Cabinet will be the fourth since Francois Hollande became president in mid-2012 and the second since Valls was appointed as prime minister in March.

Growing social unrest is much more likely to destabilize France than a change in administration....
