Nigeria is a difficult country to govern, no matter who is president. Its current economic crisis -- one that began as crude oil prices started tumbling in January 2014 -- has only added to the challenges that President Muhammadu Buhari has faced in his first year in office. Now, he has a health concern to worry about. Buhari left Monday for a 10-day trip to London for treatment of an ear condition that has affected his functioning in office in the past few weeks. In the time away, political and economic uncertainty in the country will increase....
