Summary
An attack against the U.S. Embassy in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa and another strike against a Yemeni government compound elsewhere in the country March 18 appear to have been the work of Yemen's resurging jihadist insurgency. Yemen is ripe for a jihadist resurgence, but that would severely hamper the country's attempts to attract international investment.
