Bahrain: Police Use Tear Gas, Stun Grenades To Disperse Protesters

Bahraini police used tear gas and stun grenades to disperse hundreds of anti-government protesters in the streets of Manama on Jan. 18, protesters said, AP reported. Several protests occurred elsewhere in Bahrain, but there were no reported injuries. Anti-government protests in Bahrain began in February 2011 and have since intensified.
