Egypt: Culture Minister Resigns Over Abuse

Egyptian Culture Minister Mohamed Saber Arab resigned Feb. 4 after videos were released of police beating and dragging a naked man through the streets during clashes near the presidential palace, AP reported, citing Al-Ahram.
