Ethiopia: Soldiers March to Premier's Office to Demand Raises

About 300 Ethiopian soldiers marched to Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed's office on Oct. 10 to demand pay increases, Reuters reported. Ahmed then invited them into his office, where he reportedly reached an agreement with the soldiers but did not give details on the deal and does not appear to have made concessions....
