Russia: Company May Increase Oil Exports To China

Russian state-owned company Rosneft may increase oil supplies to China by more than 9 million metric tons, Deputy Prime Minister Arkadi Dvorkovich said Feb. 25, RIA Novosti reported. The additional oil would help supply a joint refinery project in the northern Chinese city of Tianjin. With exports to Europe declining, Moscow is expanding its export networks to Asia.
