Ukraine: Donetsk Reschedules Local Elections

The Donetsk People's Republic in eastern Ukraine will move its local elections from Oct. 18 to April 20, 2016 by order of Donetsk Prime Minister Alexander Zakharchenko, according to a message posted on the republic's website Oct. 10, Itar Tass reported....
