In Algeria, Militants Attack a Vulnerable Target

The Jan. 27 attack at the Bouira pipeline in Tizi Ouzou, Algeria, comes on the heels of the recent militant attack at the Ain Amenas energy facility. Although security has intensified at energy installations, the most recent attack highlights the vulnerability of security forces to continued militant attacks.
