Bhutan: A King's Dilemma
May 23, 2003 | 00:52 GMT
Summary
The king of Bhutan has demanded the ouster of Indian separatist groups sheltering within the country. Though the king seeks to shore up his own power, the call could generate new security challenges — either from India, the separatist groups or a growing Maoist movement within Bhutan.
