Cambodia: The Royal Party Boots the Prince

The royalist Funcinpec party in Cambodia recently voted to remove Prince Norodom Ranariddh as its leader. Regardless of how the shake-up of Funcinpec evolves, it will do little to Cambodia's power structure, which Prime Minister Hun Sen's Cambodian People Party dominates.
