Chad, Sudan: Saber Rattling on the Border

Summary

Sudan threatened May 20 to destroy any Chadian troops that invaded its territory. While the two countries are on a militarized footing towards each other, neither is likely to invade the other, though they will continue to support rebel groups in each other's territory to carry out destabilization operations.
