A spokesman for Taiwan's Defense Ministry on Feb. 10 revealed more information about the Jan. 25 arrest of Taiwanese Maj. Gen. Lo Hsien-che, charged with spying for China. Lo is just the latest in a string of officials caught in intelligence operations focused on U.S. technology being used by the Taiwanese military.
