Djindjic Seeks To Trap EU in Kosovo

Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic is angling to address the final status of Kosovo, a renegade Yugoslav republic. With the United States otherwise engaged, Washington likely will dump the issue into the European Union's lap — which is exactly what Djindjic is hoping for.
