ECB Changing Course -- Euro To Follow?

The European Central Bank is shifting its rhetoric regarding the appreciation of the euro on global currency markets and could begin trying to actively talk it down. It will be difficult for the ECB to turn that talk into action, however, meaning the euro's rise should continue.
