Ecuador: Is Palacio Looking for an Exit?

The Aug. 5 resignation of Ecuador's economy minister has highlighted the political weakness of President Alfredo Palacio. If protests against Palacio break out and gain momentum in coming weeks, Ecuador's newest president likely will resign.
