Ecuador's President Could Endure

Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa said Aug. 8 that if elections were held tomorrow he would run for office again. Yet he denied that he would run for re-election in 2017. Under Ecuadorian law, Correa is not allowed to seek another term. However, a group of his supporters, Rafael Contigo Siempre (Rafael Forever With You), is collecting signatures to change that....
