European Union: Juncker's Big Goodbye

Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker's term as president of the European Union ends June 30. Not only was his presidency a colossal failure, he also has undercut the proposed policies of the next president, British Prime Minister Tony Blair.
