Finland's Crossroad: A Campaign Debate for the Future

The inconclusive Finnish presidential election Jan. 15 triggered a runoff election in two weeks. The result will be a national debate over Finnish foreign policy, with the Scandinavian country's relationship with — and perhaps membership in — NATO looming large.
