France and China: Cozying Up for Mutual Gain

French and Chinese officials walked away from the Asia-Europe Meeting in Hanoi, Vietnam, on Oct. 9-10 with pledges to strengthen mutual economic and political cooperation. Although complete opposites, the two countries have a lot to offer each other.
