Grozny Blast Highlights Weakness of Putin's Chechen Campaign

A recent suicide attack in Grozny that killed more than 80 people is just the latest of many setbacks for Russian President Vladimir Putin's campaign in Chechnya. Although the Putin government is not in immediate danger from the opposition, its position could be threatened if it does not soon get the rebellious region under control.
