Summary
International observers yet again have grown suspicious of Iran's nuclear program. On April 16, Iranian Atomic Energy Organization head Fereydoon Abbasi-Davani said Tehran may need to enrich uranium beyond the current 20 percent level. While such statements may be largely rhetorical, they certainly will stoke tensions surrounding an already controversial issue.
