Iran: Tehran's New Toy

The Iranian navy is slated to receive a new submarine Nov. 28, according to a statement from navy commander Rear Adm. Habibollah Sayari. Though the sub will add significantly to the country's small force, it probably will not fundamentally alter the security dynamic of the Strait of Hormuz.
