Notorious Hezbollah leader Imad Fayez Mugniyah has been tasked by the Iranian government to organize cells of Shiite operatives in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain to carry out attacks in the event of war against Iran, a source reported Oct. 25.
