Iraq's Suppliers: No Bombshells, but Some Benefits for Washington

A German newspaper report identifying companies that have provided military technology to Iraq was not the bombshell it originally appeared to be. Although it revealed no new relationships, the report still is useful for Washington's public relations war, and it begs the question of whether Washington was behind the leak.
