Japan: The DPJ's Limited Cabinet Options

Democratic Party of Japan President Yukio Hatoyama became Japan's prime minister Sept. 16. His Cabinet includes a single seat for each of his party's coalition partners but is also the result of having limited choices of experienced candidates for the ministerial positions.
