Kenya: The First Step Toward Normality

Kenya's two main political parties have agreed to rewrite the country's constitution, media reported Feb. 14. The move is seen as paving the way for the creation of a prime ministerial post, which would be expected to be given to Raila Odinga. Rewriting the constitution is the first step — however shaky — toward resolving the country's political crisis.
