Kenya: Kibaki's Power Play

At least 124 people were killed Dec. 31 during the second day of riots across Kenya following the election of Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki. Kibaki already has deployed police on the ground and will not hesitate to use other armed forces to ensure he remains in power while keeping the country from unraveling.
