Summary
After the Feb. 12 assassination of Hezbollah military commander Imad Mughniyah, the Lebanese group is preparing to retaliate and making plans for hostage-taking operations targeting Westerners. Within Lebanon, there are certain areas where Hezbollah is more likely to seek kidnapping targets and areas where the group is more likely to hold its hostages.
