Lebanon: IDF Boots on the High Ground?

Helicopters in the night signaled some kind of Israeli insertion or resupply activity Aug. 10 around the town of Zahle, deep in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley. Whatever was going on, the fact remains that the Bekaa is crucial real estate for both sides — and an inescapable strategic objective for Israel.
