Malian Militants' Mountain Hideout

Jihadist militants have been pulling back to the Tigharghar Mountains in northern Mali. The mountains are the location of choice for the militants because the rugged terrain is challenging for attackers, making operations there more complex than those seen elsewhere in Mali.
