Mexico: EPR and Mexican Energy Infrastructure

Left-wing Mexican militant group the Popular Revolutionary Army announced Jan. 15 that it will provide advanced warning of its attacks to prevent injuries. The group caused millions of dollars in damage in 2007 attacks on Mexican energy infrastructure; repeats of such attacks are likely in 2008.
