Mexico: Mourino and Vasconcelos and the War Against Drug Cartels

Mexican Interior Minister Juan Camilo Mourino and former Mexican Deputy Attorney General Luis Santiago Vasconcelos died in a plane crash Nov. 4. Regardless of whether the plane crash was sabotage or an accident, the loss of these two men will affect the Mexican government and its battle against drug cartels within the country.
