Mexico, U.S.: Threats of Cross-Border Cartel Killings

Mexican drug cartels reportedly have authorized their members to conduct targeted killings inside the United States. While cartels long have ordered killings in the United States, this report differs in that the killers reputedly will cross into the United States from Mexico. Likely cartel targets fall into three categories, assuming, that is, the cartels are in fact targeting anyone.
