The new two-year terms for non-permanent members of U.N. Security Council elections concluded Oct. 15. Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Gabon, Lebanon and Nigeria won seats in the council. Bosnia-Herzegovina, Gabon and Lebanon are interesting choices because of each country's respective internal struggles.
