North Korea: U.S. Northern Command Disputes Success of Launch

Summary
North Korea's April 5 satellite launch failed, according to a statement from the U.S. Northern Command. After the first stage came down in the Sea of Japan (much as expected), the remaining stages and the payload appear to have all fallen into the Pacific Ocean.
