A Possible bin Laden Sighting

Summary

Abu Yahya al-Libi, director of al Qaeda's jurisprudence committee and member of the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), delivered on Oct. 28 a video sermon to commemorate the end of Ramadan at the end of September. Throughout the over 40-minute video, not much in al-Libi's message is entirely new or noteworthy. However, at the end of the message, during the congratulatory handshaking among al Qaeda members, a person resembling Osama bin Laden appeared, but it is difficult to tell because of the blurry focus.
