Putin, Blair Downplay Progress on Business Deals

Russian President Vladimir Putin and British Prime Minister Tony Blair met near Moscow on April 29 in a failed attempt to convince each other to switch camps on Iraq. That doesn't mean the two leaders did not agree on anything — just nothing that they wanted to make public.
