The Regional Spread of Bolivia's Socialist Movement

Bolivian indigenous leader Evo Morales is regionalizing his Movement Toward Socialism party by creating a mirror party in Peru. Morales wants to exalt his self-proclaimed status as a leader of all Latin American indigenous people, but he could also use satellite parties in countries such as Peru to whip up coordinated protests and revolts by nationalist indigenous groups and coca growers.
