A Report on China's Internet Traffic 'Hijacking'

A new report by the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission cites an April incident in which a portion of Internet traffic was rerouted to Chinese servers, raising cybersecurity concerns. This type of error is uncommon but not unprecedented. Yet even if it were intentional, the rerouting would not necessarily yield much sensitive information.
