Russia: Building out the Fleet

A new anti-submarine warfare frigate may soon be added to Russia's Baltic Sea Fleet, a Russian admiral said March 12. Though noteworthy, this new addition is actually a last gasp of the Soviet era, and another generation of surface combatants is on the horizon.
