Russia: Dynamics of a Military Presence in Cuba

Unconfirmed reports by a Russian source suggest that Russian strategic bomber crews — but not their aircraft — visited Cuba on July 24. Though the intelligence is questionable (and STRATFOR has been unable to independently corroborate it), it is time to consider the dynamics of a Russian military presence in Cuba.
