Russia: A Fatal Submarine Accident

A fatal accident aboard a Russian nuclear submarine has reportedly left some 20 sailors and shipyard workers dead, and as many again wounded. Though currently the incident does not appear to be catastrophic, it nevertheless raises questions about the state of the Russian fleet.
