Russia, France: The New Relationship

French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Russian President Vladimir Putin are holding their first official visit since Sarkozy took France's top office in June. Though Russia and France traditionally have been more than allies, Sarkozy has made it clear that the relationship is changing.
