From April 28 to April 29, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will make the first trip to Russia by a Japanese premier in over a decade. Relations have been chilled between Moscow and Tokyo since the end of World War II, but for the first time since 1945, both sides have real incentive to expand ties.
