Russian Energy: The Bear Can Be a Beast

During the week of Jan. 26 the news out of Russia regarding the energy industry was uniformly negative. Most of the problems have stemmed from the rising tide of nationalism within the country. The Kremlin will solve some of the problems, but other international investors will simply have to get used to this reality if they want to do business in Russia.
