Saudi Arabia: A New Most-Wanted List and a Message of Commitment

The Saudi Interior Ministry has released a new list of the most-wanted Islamist militants both inside and outside the kingdom. In so doing, the Saudi establishment is likely sending a message to Washington to show it is fully committed to the U.S.-led counterterrorism campaign.
