In Syria, 2 Explosions Hit Damascus Government Buildings

Two suicide bombers reportedly attacked two branches of Syria's Office of the Security Directorate on Dec. 23. State news agencies are blaming al Qaeda, but given the ongoing propaganda war between the Syrian regime and the opposition, any number of parties could have been responsible for the attack, including the regime itself.
