UAE.: Dubai's Proposed LNG Futures Exchange

Dubai is set to launch a liquefied natural gas (LNG) futures exchange. If successful, this would bring about a convergence of different LNG prices around the world — making LNG financially liquid. It also could signal the beginnings of a future LNG version of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries.
