Uganda, DRC: Eyes on the Prize of Lake Albert

Summary
The governments of Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo agreed to resurvey their shared border, media reported May 12. A redrawing of the border through energy-rich Lake Albert is unlikely, though, and thus the stage is set for a conflict between the two energy-dependent countries for control of the region's emerging energy supplies.
